At Upgyanam, we offer digital educational guides and eBooks (PDF format). Because these products are intangible and delivered instantly via electronic download links, the following policies apply to cancellations and refunds.
Since our eBooks are downloadable files that are made accessible immediately after payment authorization, cancellation of an order is not possible once a transaction is successfully completed.
However, if you initiate a payment and it fails or is canceled before authorization, no transaction will occur, and you will not be charged.
We stand behind the quality of our eBooks, but because digital files are irrevocable, we generally do not issue refunds after a purchase has been completed.
We recommend that you review the book details, topics covered, language, and other information before completing your purchase.

To request a refund in these exceptional cases, please contact us at support@upgyanam.in within 7 days of your purchase with your name, registered email, and Cashfree Order ID or transaction ID.
Once a refund is approved by our team, it is initiated immediately. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Bank Account, Card, or Wallet) through our payment gateway (Cashfree).
The standard processing timeframe for the amount to reflect in your account is 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.
